Spanish Prostitutes working in a city in northern Spain, in Catalonia, are required to wear reflective vest for security reasons. If they do not comply pay a fine of 40 Euros.
According to the “Telegraph”, the police said that prostitutes are not being punished because of what they do, but put at risk drivers.
Prostitutes will not vest against a 2004 law that says anyone who walks the walk on the main roads should wear high visibility clothing.
It is estimated that 300,000 women work as prostitutes in Spain.
