This caused him “multiple and very serious injuries that caused his death.” The driver of the crane was also injured because of the collision and suffered a cervical sprain and post-traumatic disorder that has required treatment, taking more than 100 days to heal, as indicated in the provisional conclusions of this accusation.

 

For the prosecutor, it is initially a crime of reckless homicide in competition with another of imprudent injuries and a crime against road safety, requesting, in addition to four years in prison, the withdrawal of the card for six years and loss of validity. In addition, 3,349 Euros of compensation are initially requested for the driver of the crane and it is indicated that the relatives of the deceased have already received 123,000 Euros delivered by the insurer.
