Fraud experts criticize the law because this innovation can lead to speculation in both roadside and roadside checks, but also to reduce road safety.

The ministry insists that the vest is part of the mandatory equipment. However, there is no de facto rule in the decree. If the damage we suffer at night it is even more important to make ourselves visible. Legally we are only obliged to use the triangles and the vest with reflective tapes, but the more we make ourselves see, the better.

Every driver must be prepared to know how to act in the event of a possible accident or a breakdown that forces them to stop on the road.
