Yellow vest with motorcycle: Cuckoo, here it is again

When the summer torpor does not serve as an excuse to pass a law discreetly, it sometimes brings up in some media astonishing questions. You thought it was definitely buried since last year. The reflective vest is mandatory, whether you wear it or it is stowed. The driver of a “vehicle with two or three motorized wheels or a motor quadricycle without bodywork must have this vest on him or in a storage of the vehicle”, approves article R. 416-19 of the Code of the road. Wearing the helmet -with a chinstrap closed-is mandatory, as is the seat belt. You expose yourself to a withdrawal of three points and 135 Euros fine.
